CREED Research Collaborative
CREED (the Collaborative for Research in Education and Experiential Design) is a research design studio within Loyola University Chicago’s School of Education that brings together faculty, students, and community partners to co-develop rigorous, applied research and evaluation projects. Grounded in the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm, CREED integrates context-driven inquiry, hands-on experience, critical reflection, action-oriented deliverables, and continuous evaluation to ensure projects are both academically rigorous and practically meaningful.
Through a flexible partnership model, CREED offers research design consultation, program evaluation, grant collaboration, and capacity-building workshops tailored to partner needs and designed to produce actionable insights. CREED supports community and institutional partners by providing evidence-based recommendations, strengthening internal evaluation capacity, and delivering high-quality research products that advance organizational goals.
By collaborating with CREED, partners gain access to faculty expertise, dedicated project teams, and innovative, course-embedded research support that helps strengthen programs, inform decision-making, and create sustained impact.
