Records Requests

Requesting Review of Student Records from OEC

Consistent with the University’s policies and federal privacy laws, current and former students may request to inspect their education records at any time. The University will make such records available for the student's private review within 45 days of the request. A student may also request that their records be made available for inspection by a third party.

Education records, including records related to a case in the Office for Equity & Compliance, can be requested by submitting the form below via email, from the student's Loyola email address to equity@luc.edu.
