First-year students -- get ahead with academic planning!

Join an Academic Planning Workshop to learn about your degree requirements, explore tools to help you build a four-year plan, and prepare for spring registration. To help get you thinking ahead on your journey towards graduation, FSYA will be offering two types of in-person workshops. Feel free to sign up for one or both! Workshops are offered every weekday, but spots are limited, so secure yours soon! (RSVP links in the dropdowns below)

October 12-23 | Knowing Your Graduation Requirements

• Learn what requirements you need to graduate
• Discover if double majoring or going abroad is a possibility
• Figure out how your transfer credits are applying to your class requirements
• Make sure you know which Core classes you need, and which you don’t
• Learn to use LOCUS’ graduation audit system for class planning
• Walk away with a list of classes to register for during spring class registration in 

October 26-November 6 | 4-Year Planning

• Review your graduation requirements
• Learn to use LOCUS’ graduation audit system for class planning
• Start putting those classes into a neat and editable four-year plan
• Have a chance to double-check your work with an academic advisor
• Walk away with a list of classes to register for during spring class registration in November
