Rebecca Ely

Rebecca Ely is a PhD student at Loyola University Chicago. Her research interests are the use of drones and autonomous weapons in areas of conflict and how these machines change the relationship between forces on the ground and inhabitants of the area. Additionally she is interested is the murder of dissident journals and the impacts these killings have on the regime in power both in the short and long term.
