Closed Course Request Form

Note: Students should keep checking LOCUS to see if a seat becomes available. Priority is given to students who need a course to graduate in the current term. All other requests are filled as best as possible. Students are notified one or two weeks before the course begins. Notifications will be sent to student's LUC e-mail. Students may not add a course after their first week of the term.
