2023 Holiday Spirit Contest Winner

We are excited to announce that the winner of the Holiday Spirit Contest is the LSC Wellness Center! Thank you to everyone who decorated their spaces to spread some fun holiday cheer, and to all those who voted for their favorite designs. We hope you all have a wonderful beginning of the year, and can't wait to decorate again next winter season!

Holiday Spirit Contest

As a Part of the Holiday Reception, University Staff Council and HR invite you to fill our spaces with cheer through a door decorating contest!

Entry Rules: Participants can select a door within their unit or space to decorate with festive, fun, and spirit-filled creativity! You pick the theme, supplies are up to you - think Loyola, think festive, have fun!

How to Win: Holiday Reception guests will vote for their favorite entry. Guests will be given a QR code at the reception to vote which door is their favorite. The door with the most votes wins! The winning door will be awarded a $200 Giordano’s Gift Card towards a Pizza Party.

How to Participate: Complete the Holiday Spirit Contest: Door Decorating form which includes your office information AND a picture of your finished door. Teams may be an office or a group of staff and faculty friends.

Holiday Reception LEEF Donations

In the spirit of the season, support your colleagues through a donation to LEEF, the Loyola Employee Emergency Fund. Through the LEEF Fund, we are able to engage directly in our mission of Cura Personalis to help our peers through tough times. Donations to LEEF made during the holiday season and at the Holiday Reception will not only enable you to support other full-time faculty and staff, but you’ll also walk away with a small gift from University Staff Council to remember your contribution. Donate Here
