Space Reservations

Any RSO in good standing with CSE can request their own login to 25Live, the web platform utilized by Campus Reservations to reserve space on campus.

Organization's contact information is sent to Campus Reservations from the RSO Coordinating team. Organization must register their LUCommunity page to get 25Live Access. 

Credentials are sent on a rolling basis. 

We can only approve an event when we have received the confirmation for space reservation.
