  • New Campus Space Usage Policy

  • Academic Space Requests

    Campus Reservations is accepting classroom requests for events and meetings scheduled to occur within the Fall 2017 term. These requests can be submitted through 25Live and will be processed upon receipt. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please email campus-reservations@luc.edu or call 773.508.8117.
  • Requests for DSC/HRC

    Damen Student Center and Halas Recreation Center spaces are available for Fall 2017 reservation. Please submit requests through 25Live.
  • Reservation Set Up Time

    If you are hosting an event that will require setup in a large MPR-style space, please be sure to allocate an appropriate amount of setup and takedown time. The amount of time that is necessary varies from space to space, but the setup crew requires between one and two hours of each for most MPR-style rooms. You can view more information about possible sets and mandatory setup time in the Location section of the Event Wizard.
