Alcohol and Other Drugs Policy
A recent review of the alcohol serving policies and practices on campus has led to recommended adjustments in our policy. These changes are intended to ensure compliance with liquor control laws in Illinois. The Space Reservation Alcohol Policy has been updated to meet the University AOD policy and to comply with Illinois State laws.

Reservation Set Up Time
If you are hosting an event that will require setup in a large MPR-style space, please be sure to allocate an appropriate amount of setup and takedown time. The amount of time that is necessary varies from space to space, but the setup crew requires between one and two hours each for most MPR-style rooms. You can view more information about possible sets and mandatory setup time in the Location section of the Event Form. -
