Digital Marketing Internship

We’re looking for two motivated interns to enhance the University’s digital presence. You’ll work primarily with our web team, with opportunities to collaborate with UMC’s integrated communication teams.
This role allows you to apply and expand your on-campus learning. While attention to detail is crucial – after all, we function as an in-house ad agency for our campus partners – your coursework always comes first.
Whether you’re a Quinlan marketing major, a School of Communication student, part of the Computer Science department, or exploring your interests through personal projects, we value diverse experiences and seek someone who can connect the dots across all digital components.
No need to be an expert with our tools – we’ll teach and train you. We’re looking for quick learners, effective communicators, and those ready to dive into website redesign projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build, manage, and update web pages using our CMS (Terminal4)
- Respond to website work requests, including troubleshooting any technical issues
- Quality assurance website maintenance and keyword research using Siteimprove software
Qualifications and Skills

- Development or CMS experience
- Ideally, a sophomore or junior – we’re hoping you stick with us for a couple years
Mandatories and Logistics
- Full-time student
- Qualify for federal work study
- Location is Lewis Tower, Water Tower Campus
- $16.20 / hour
- 15 – 19.5 hours / week
- Applicable for internship credit pending School approval
