Yolanda has 15+ years experience in Multicultural and Diversity Marketing with strong leadership in Program Management and Executive Operations. Yolanda has worked for globally recognized brands such Burrell Communications Group, Chicago Public Schools, Johnson Publishing Company (Ebony/Jet Magazine), McDonald's Corporation and Stanford Healthcare.

Yolanda has been part of high performing teams that have activated the McDonald's All American Games, Monopoly @ McDonald's, and 365 Black Awards @ Essence. Yolanda played an integral role in many national product launches: McCafe beverages, Premium Burgers, Oatmeal and various healthy menu options that consumers still enjoy today.

Yolanda attended Northern Illinois University and Chicago State University for undergraduate studies and Cornell University for post-graduate concentration in Diversity and Inclusion.

Yolanda's passion are traveling, writing, designing jewelry and volunteering with local schools, civic and faith based organizations that make lasting social impact and change.
