To ensure the success of events where alcohol will be served, please fill out the alcohol application. The application must be submitted for events which require a space reservation.
Steps to getting a permit once you have a pending room reservation:
- Please click here and complete the application.
- Submit the application by clicking the Submit button at the end of the application.
Additional Application Information
- Once submitted, the application will go directly to Campus Reservations.
- The application will be processed within 24 – 48 hours unless additional information is needed. If additional information is required, the event contact will be contacted by email and/or phone.
- Once the application has been processed, an alcohol permit will be issued for the event to the event contact.
