Loyola University is committed to creating and maintaining an environment that is free of alcohol abuse and that complies with state laws and University policies.  To ensure the success of events where alcohol will be served, please fill out the alcohol application.  The application must be submitted for events which require a space reservation. 

Steps to getting a permit once you have a pending room reservation:

1. Please click here and complete the application. 
2. Submit the application by clicking the Submit button at the end of the application.

Additional Application Information

• Once submitted, the application will go directly to Campus Reservations.
• The application will be processed within 24 – 48 hours unless additional information is needed.  If additional information is required, the event contact will be contacted by email and/or phone.
• Once the application has been processed, an alcohol permit will be issued for the event to the event contact.
