Alcohol Permit Process and Sample
Once the alcohol application has been submitted:
- The alcohol permit will be issued to the event contact listed on the alcohol application.
- The alcohol permit will be delivered directly to the event contact within 24 – 48 hrs after application has been submitted (If additional information is needed or application is not complete, it may delay the permit process)
- The alcohol permit reference number will be the same as the space reservation number.
- The alcohol permit is a triplicate form. The top copy of the permit will be retained with your application. One second copy will be for your files and the third copy should be displayed during the event.
Note: Campus Safety and/or a University representative may visit your event to ensure compliance with University policies regarding alcohol.
