Retreat Leaders

Each spring Campus Ministry recruits passionate students to serve as retreat leaders for the following academic year. Retreats are a time when members of our community can step away from the daily grind of campus life and experience the divine out at LUREC. On retreats, leaders serve in a variety of capacities – building community, facilitating small groups, giving talks, and supporting participants. Consider sharing your gifts in this meaningful way!

Requirements

Leadership experience, experience with small group reflection, strong interpersonal skills.

Previous Campus Ministry retreat experience is preferred but not required for the Loyola 360, Transfer, LEAF, FCC, and Encounter.

Applicants for leadership on both the Unwritten and Search Retreats must have previously been on the retreat for which they are applying.

It is preferred that Student Director applicants have previously been a leader on the retreat they are hoping to direct. We will accept Student Director applications from rising juniors, seniors, and fifth-years.
