Dr. Sara Baillie Gorman has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2009. She is also an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Illinois. Her professional experience as a behavior analyst includes early intervention, outpatient clinical settings, schools, and services for adults with disabilities. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Gorman has served as both a special education teacher and an elementary education teacher.
Dr. Gorman has worked in higher education in the Chicagoland area in both teaching and administrative roles within applied behavior analysis and education programs for over a decade. She has been an adjunct at Loyola University Chicago during the 2025–2026 academic year in the newly launched ABA program. She is passionate about mentoring students and supporting the development of future behavior analysts through practical, ethical, and compassionate instruction. Dr. Gorman is excited to join the Loyola University Chicago School of Education full time beginning in Fall 2026.
