Dr. Chivon Niziolek is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D) with professional experience spanning clinical practice, higher education, leadership, and research. Prior to joining Loyola University Chicago, she served as Program Chair and Assistant Professor in the Applied Behavior Analysis Department at The Chicago School, where she led initiatives related to accreditation, curriculum development, clinical training, and student success.

Dr. Niziolek earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School and also holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Throughout her career, she has worked across schools, clinics, and community settings, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities while mentoring future behavior analysts and clinicians. Her research interests include workplace performance, employee well-being, burnout, and effective supervision practices within human service settings.

Dr. Niziolek is passionate about preparing future behavior analysts through applied learning experiences, ethical practice, and meaningful faculty-student engagement. She looks forward to contributing to Loyola’s mission of developing compassionate professionals who create positive change in their communities.
