Kaitlin Reichart

Greeley Endowed Chair

Clinical Assistant Professor

Dr. Kaitlin Reichart is the Andrew M. Greeley Endowed Chair for Catholic Education and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Education at Loyola University Chicago. Previously, she worked as a teacher and principal, and her current work as a faculty member focuses on strengthening schools through research, graduate-level teaching, and professional learning in Catholic schools and dioceses.

Dr. Reichart’s research examines Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), artificial intelligence in education, educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, positive behavior supports, and executive functioning. Her scholarship seeks to connect research with practice by exploring how evidence can strengthen teaching, leadership, and school improvement.
