Robin Vannoy

Dr. Robin Vannoy is an educational leader, school psychologist, and consultant with more than 20 years of experience supporting students, families, and school systems. An alumna of Loyola University Chicago, she holds a Doctorate and Specialist degree in School Psychology, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and a Certificate in School Discipline Reform.

Dr. Vannoy has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Special Education, Director of Deans, and Associate Principal for Student Services. Her expertise includes special education law and compliance, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), restorative practices, school discipline reform, psychoeducational assessment, and systems-level leadership. She is known for translating complex educational and psychological concepts into practical, actionable guidance that empowers parents to make informed decisions and advocate effectively for their children.

Throughout her career, Dr. Vannoy has worked to strengthen partnerships among schools, families, and communities to improve educational outcomes for all students. She is a frequent presenter at state and regional conferences and is passionate about creating equitable experiences for all students. As a faculty member, Dr. Vannoy is committed to preparing future educational leaders through collaborative learning, critical inquiry, and the application of research to practice. Her work emphasizes equity, inclusive educational systems, and the development of school environments where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
