The 2020 Title IX regulations - specifically, 34 CFR ยง106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) - require that all materials used to train personnel involved in the Grievance Process (the Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process for an allegation of Title IX sexual harassment) must be made publicly available. See below for all training materials that are covered by this requirement. Additional training materials used in the future will be added to this page as they occur and to the extent necessary for compliance.
