Lori E. Fulton

Lori E. Fulton worked as a paralegal for several years before attending law school. She is trained as a family law mediator and has served since 1982 as an advocate for abused and neglected children through National Committee for Prevention of Child Abuse and Court Appointed Special Advocates. While in law school, she won, with her teammates, the Best Brief and First Place Team awards in the Chicago Bar Association moot court competition for 2000. She was an assistant coach for the school's team in the National Moot Court Competition, which won first place and best oralist in the regional round. She continues her involvement with moot court at Loyola, working with current teams on brief writing skills and oral arguments. In her present position, she practices in appellate law and civil litigation in McHenry County. Admitted to practice in Illinois, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court.
