About

Jaclyn Zarack Koriath serves as the Director of Housing Advocacy at The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence. As the Director of Housing Advocacy, Jaclyn conducts trainings, ensures the development and effective implementation of The Network’s programming related to housing access for individuals and families affected by abuse and violence, and works to develop and implement strategies to close gaps and improve overall policy and system responses to those who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness due to gender-based violence.

Prior to coming to The Network, Jaclyn completed a federal clerkship in the Eastern District of Tennessee and worked at Legal Aid Chicago (f/k/a LAF) as a Supervisory Attorney. At Legal Aid Chicago, Jaclyn’s work focused on helping survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault with violence-related housing issues, including defending against unlawful evictions, representing families facing termination under the Housing Choice Voucher Program, assisting tenants in obtaining reasonable accommodations, filing affirmative cases to challenge housing discrimination, and assisting clients in terminating their lease or getting their locks changed.
