Jen is currently Marketing and Data Privacy Counsel at The Kraft Heinz Company, providing legal support for central marketing, e-commerce, digital innovations, information technology, procurement, and kids marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Jen was an associate in the intellectual property and technology group of Clark Hill PLC where she worked on a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters, including matters involving antitrust, unfair competition, trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret, international trade, and advertising issues. She also advised clients on privacy-related issues, including breach response, website policies, mobile application privacy, cross-border data transfers, bring your own device, and written information security policies. She also holds a CIPP/US certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
