Green Life Certification

What is Green Life Certification?

The Green Life Certification program recognizes students who are living at Loyola in a sustainable way. From the activities you participate in, to the materials in your room, to your academics, you have an impact on the environment. You decide what that impact will be.

How do I get certified?

Students who are interested in being certified must complete certain commitments and submit a form online. View Green Life Certification Criteria

What do I get?

Upon completion of the commitments to sustainability, you will receive a certification to display on your room door. To become Green Life Certified, you must have minimally marked yes to at least one commitment in each category.
Certification Levels
10-24 points | Bronze
25-39 points | Silver
40 + points  | Gold

Please note:
  • Certifications are for each resident, not necessarily each room.
  • All residents are encouraged to apply.
  • Certifications may be renewed on a yearly basis.
