Participants will be engaged in a dialogue surrounding current trends in the field of addictions and the impact upon members of the LGBTQ community related to prevention, education and treatment. The training will also include a discussion of the effective use of the SBIRT Model and Motivational Interviewing techniques across diverse settings.
