Through in-person and online events, explore information about both campuses and our full range of majors and programs. Pick the option that will work best for you. Please be sure to register for any in-person visits well ahead of time.

Lake Shore Campus
Where: The Undergraduate Admission Office is located in the Sullivan Center for Student Services.
When: Tours are weekdays at 10:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Water Tower Campus (Unavailable until further notice)
Where: Tours depart from the Undergraduate Admission Office on the second floor in the Schreiber Center.
When: Campus visits are available most Mondays through Fridays at 9:30 a.m., noon, and 2:15 p.m.
Prospective Transfer Student Appointments
Chicago’s Travel Advisory defines two categories of states based on public health conditions. This list is updated regularly, and may impact future scheduled events. Residents of the states included in the Orange group must have a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of their arrival to the city OR be fully vaccinated (two weeks after a second dose of a two-dose vaccine or two weeks after one dose of a single-dose vaccine) in order to visit.
The Orange group presently includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MD, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY and the Virgin Islands. All parties in your group must be able to provide proof of completed vaccination course or negative test results on arrival to the campus, or we will not be able to host you for any on-campus events.
Please also be aware of the following safety measures currently in place:
- All visitors are required to wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth at all times on our campus grounds.
- Please adhere to a minimum of 6 feet of physical distancing from staff, students and other visitors on campus.
- Visitors are not able to enter campus buildings other than your Admission event.
- You should not come to campus if you or any member of your party are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have had contact with anyone who has tested positive or is a presumptive positive for COVID-19.
- Any time after scheduling your visit, if you or any member of your party are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or have had close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you cancel your in person appointment and reschedule for a future date.
- Please check the Chicago Travel Advisory at least 72 hours prior to your schedule visit. This list may change and it is important that you follow any updated Chicago guidelines.
While you're on campus we would encourage you to come in for a personal overview of the transfer process and discuss your transfer plans, interests, and any questions you have in a one-on-one with a counselor.

A webinar session will include information on the transfer admission and enrollment process, transfer credit policies and resources, and financial aid and scholarship opportunities.Online information sessions are held monthly.

Next Steps Individual Appointments
After you've been accepted to Loyola, you have the option to meet with a transfer counselor for an overview of your next steps and discuss your transfer credits, remaining degree requirements and time to completion, as well as review your educational expenses and financial aid.
