Study Abroad

Loyola students must earn at least 30 hours of semester credit before beginning a study abroad program. In addition, many student-athletes find that studying abroad during the fall and spring semesters is difficult to manage with the demands of their sport.  Therefore, most student-athletes who study abroad utilize one of the summer programs.  A student-athlete who is considering study abroad needs to work with their Athletic Academic advisor to make sure that their plans do not interfere with graduation requirements or sport eligibility.  For more information on the many study abroad programs that Loyola offers, please contact the Office of International Programs (OIP).
