Welcome to the Center for Student Assistance and Advocacy
As a centralized website for reporting student concerns, CSAA, led by the Office of the Dean of Students (DOS), provides support, coordination, case management, and resource referrals for student concerns across the university. The Office of the Dean of Students partners with various campus resources to support students. The CSAA website centralizes all reporting and resourcing for students of concern across the university. Behavioral, academic, personal, equity, Title IX, student conduct, and general student concerns may be reported using this one website location.
We encourage you to explore the CSAA website. Students can learn about the many ways Loyola supports them and their peers. Faculty and staff can report matters of student concerns, consult with one of our CSAA partners, as well as find resources to help you help students. Families and local community members can become familiar with CSAA to connect Loyola students of concern who may be their child, neighbor, or local business patron to the appropriate campus resources.
If you are a student in need of assistance or if you know a student who needs assistance, contact the Center for Student Assistance and Advocacy. We are here to help!
Report a Concern
The best way for us to help a student is to report a student concern as soon as possible. If you have an emergency, please call Campus Safety at 773.508.SAFE (7233) or Chicago emergency services at 911. All other student concerns can be referred to us by submitting a report using the CSAA homepage:
