The DOS ensures a timely and appropriate response in the face of various forms of crisis, trauma, or conflict experienced by students. The primary services offered through the DOS are:
- Coordinated Assistance & Resource Education (CARE)
- Behavioral Concerns Team (BCT) Services
- Equity-Based Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct (including Title IX)
The DOS team is also available to students to review plans for student activism, demonstrations, and fixed exhibits. We are committed to working with students from a content- and viewpoint-neutral perspective, to assist students and student groups in ensuring a safe, effective, and successful event. For more information, see Freedom of Expression: Demonstrations and Fixed Exhibits.
