Research Interests
Brayden is aiming to develop a program of research organized around three aims: (1) identify the mechanisms linking minority stress to personality functioning, coping, and well-being, (2) evaluate whether existing measurement and assessment practices capture these processes accurately in stigma-exposed populations, and (3) develop and evaluate accessible, skills-based interventions that strengthen coping and personality functioning among stigma-exposed emerging adults.
