Cannabis Resources

Although cannabis is not as physically addictive in the same way alcohol is, users can become emotionally dependent on cannabis, which can impact their health, relationships, and academics. Frequent users can also develop a substance use disorder. Frequent cannabis use can also be a coping method for stress or a mental health condition. The Wellness Center offers a confidential, 2 session program for students who are concerned about their marijuana use called Cannabis Conversations. Please see for Staff Consultations for  more information.

If you would like to connect to a therapist at the Wellness Center for mental health care, please see Appointments/First Steps  for information on how to make an appointment.
