Jonathan Chang

Doctoral Student and Instructor of Record

About

Jonathan Chang is currently a second-year PhD student focusing on modern literature and modernism(s). In most cases, Jonathan believes that he is not just an instructor but also a co-learner in the classroom. He encourages his students to pose debatable questions and expects everyone in the class to engage in untangling the intricacies surrounding the controversy. By involving his students in reacting and responding to certain problems through writing, Jonathan strives to shape his students into independent thinkers that are able to express their own thoughts using clear and concise language.
