Feminisms
In the United States and around the world, there are several strands of feminism that have different origins and somewhat different focuses. Several feminist theories have arisen from groups that are overlooked in the United States. This page offers an overview for just a few of these feminist theories; each is much more expansive than what is available here. It is important to note that these feminisms overlap and intertwine. Many of the resources listed here include recmmendations for further reading; we encourage you to learn as much as you can.
