Designed by Loyola’s School of Education faculty along with community partners, the Administration & Supervision Endorsement only pathway ensures all candidates acquire the skills necessary to be effective, justice oriented, school principal. Through focused, in-depth coursework, candidates gain skills, perspectives, and knowledge for immediate application towards positively transforming schools, and improving student performance. From day one, our cohort-only program features an intensive coaching model. As former school leaders with a history of transformative leadership in their schools and districts, our Coaches support and guide candidates throughout the entirety of their program.
