The Zero Waste Game

The Zero Waste game was created in conjunction with the the Student Government of Loyola Chicago, the Athletics Department, and the Institute of Environmental Sustainability, this initiative is a basketball game in which recycling, composting, and distribution of material are managed to result in zero landfill waste. The Green Initiative Fund funds were used to provide students with extra incentives, in the form of t-shirts and pizza, to attend and learn more about global waste.
