Orientation

The entire Loyola community is excited to welcome you to campus for your New Student Orientation program!

Orientation will be your first opportunity to connect with your future classmates and begin building community at Loyola. Family and guests, Orientation will serve as a time for you to learn about your student's future academic and developmental growth.

At Orientation, students will learn how to navigate the many resources and services in place to assist them with their academic careers, meet with an advisor, and register for their classes. We will also introduce students to the values and traditions that will enrich their Loyola Experience from now through graduation. In order to best prepare for Orientation, please review our Before Orientation page.

January 9th

January 12th*

*(All incoming first-year students must attend Orientation on January 12th)

 

Join us on January 12th to cheer Loyola’s Men’s Volleyball team to victory over George Mason! Following Orientation, Loyola Athletics will be hosting a pep rally in Gentile Arena for all orientation attendees and guests. The pep rally begins at 5:30 pm and the game begins at 7:00 pm. We hope to see you there!

 

If you are living on-campus in the Spring 2018 semester, you are encouraged to attend the January 12th Orientation. Residential students attending the January 12th Orientation will be approved to move into their housing assignment on January 11th.
