PSYC 390 Application Instructions

Complete the PSYC390 Form here. Then, submit it to the Internship Coordinator (psyc-internship@luc.edu) for review.

You are also responsible for submitting one Faculty Recommendation.  Faculty need to complete the PSYC 390 Faculty Recommendation Form‌ and also submit it to the Internship Coordinator (psyc-internship@luc.edu) before the deadline. Please download the form and send it to the faculty with your request for a recommendation.

NOTE: You will be notified via e-mail when your application has been reviewed by the internship coordinator.
