The Loyola University Chicago Department of Residence Life provides safe, supportive, and affordable living communities because we believe the residential experience is an integral part of your education and the Loyola Experience. Included below are Room Rates for the 2024-2025 academic year. 

 Please note that rates listed are annual and per student. Inclusion of a rate in this table does not imply nor guarantee availability.

Room and Board Charges are posted to the Student Account. Questions regarding payment may be directed to the Office of the Bursar.

Dining with other students is an important part of the residential experience in that it builds connections within the residence hall and campus communities. With this in mind, Residence Life collaborates with Loyola Dining Services to provide students with high quality, nourishing, and plentiful dining options.
