The Center for Tutoring and Academic Excellence has several policies in place that allow the center to run smoothly on a day to day basis. 

• All tutoring sessions are by appointment only.  The CTAE doesn't offer walk-in tutoring.
• The focus of CTAE support is 100 to 200 level courses in BIOLOGY, MATH, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS, and FOREIGN LANGUAGES.  Writing Center support is offered in the WRITING CENTER located in Loyola Hall. 
• Students interested in working in the CTAE must apply through RAMBLERLINK.  
• All Tutors and Supplemental Instruction Leaders must have a recommendation letter from one faculty member in one of the subjects of interest.
