BA in Web Technologies
This program provides students a foundation in the design and development of websites and web applications using WordPress as an example platform to build these skills to serve business needs. Web Technologies are ever-evolving, with new tools, apps, sites, and algorithms changing the norms and best practices in the field on a constant basis. To that end, courses will always reflect the prevailing technology and web design tools of the times.
Students will also pursue a specialized skill set by selecting a track: Development, Data, or Design and Media, to fit their professional interests and goals. Each track, built by stacking two certificates, provides a different core skill set for pursuing specific roles in the IT landscape. Students completing one or more of these certificates, who have not completed their undergraduate degree, can apply certain certificate courses toward their BA in Web Technologies.
