Learning is an on-going process, and tutoring is an important part of that process at Loyola. At the Center for Tutoring & Academic Excellence (CTAE), we offer a series of services that take the guess work out of how to engage your course material outside of the classroom (when much of your learning takes place!).

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do at CTAE. Our study groups, study halls, and academic coaching teams are excellent venues where Loyola students can come together, learn, and transform. Because engaging coursework with your peers from the first weeks of the semester is one of the most effective and efficient ways to learn and retain information, there is no such thing as "not needing" tutoring at Loyola.
