Step-by-Step Instructions for Reserving Space in Damen Student Center

If you know that you want your event/meeting in the Damen Student Center or Centennial Forum 

  1. Go to the Campus Reservations web-viewer, accessible via www.luc.edu/campus_reservations
  2. Log-In to the 25Live reservation software system (managed by Campus Reservations)
  3. Complete all fields in the reservation request form. To check the availability of the Damen Student Center and its spaces, search for the Damen Student Center (DSC) in the "Locations" field
  4. Once you have "requested" space, you will need to wait for a "confirmation" email that will come from a) Campus Reservations OR b) Damen Student Center.
  5. Once confirmed, you can work with Campus Reservations or Damen Student Center staff to ensure that your required meting and event needs are met. The Damen Student Center staff manage all event set ups and A/V needs in the Damen Student Center and Centennial Forum.

If you don't have a preference for space and simply need a space to fit a capacity or a/v desire

  1. Go to the Campus Reservations web-viewer, accessible via www.luc.edu/campus_reservations
  2. Log-In to the 25Live reservation software system (managed by Campus Reservations)
  3. Go to "Speedbook Event Creation" and click on the tab that reads: "I know when I want my event....help me choose a location". This will allow you to enter the details of your event (date, time, capacity, A/V needs) and the Campus Reservations web-viewer will provide you with some options for location (maybe Damen!)
  4. Once you have "requested" space, you will need to wait for a "confirmation" email that will come from a) Campus Reservations OR b) Damen Student Center.
  5. Once confirmed, you can work with Campus Reservations or Damen Student Center staff to ensure that your required meting and event needs are met. The Damen Student Center staff manage all event set ups and A/V needs in the Damen Student Center and Centennial Forum.
