Research/Evaluation Project Manager

Health Sciences Campus, Lake Shore Campus

I am a Research/Evaluation Project Manager in the Parkinson School of Health Sciences and Public Health supporting the Institute for Translational Medicine (ITM). In my role, I facilitate the monitoring and evaluation processes for the ITM and carry out the day-to-day evaluation activities, including project management, data management, and quality assurance. I am very excited to be working for my alma mater in this role and hope to make a positive impact in this National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded initiative.

Education
  • Master of Public Health, Wayne State University
  • Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management, Loyola University Chicago

What called you to or attracted you to Loyola?

I attended Loyola as an undergraduate student and had an incredibly positive and transformative experience. My time spent at Loyola strongly influenced my desire to further my education and pursue a career in the field of public health. Loyola’s Jesuit mission and values places an emphasis on social justice and the safeguarding of vulnerable populations, which strongly aligns with the field of public health. I wanted to continue to grow and be challenged in my career, while also harnessing my passion for changing the public health and healthcare systems to become more equitable and to directly improve health outcomes of historically marginalized communities, and felt that coming back home to Loyola was the best place for me to do that.
