This form is intended for Resident students who are interested in changing their meal plan selection to best fit their needs.
This request will be available for the Fall 2019 term from July 1st to September 12th.

This form is intended for non-resident or commuter students who are interested in either signing up for a meal plan or changing their meal plan.
This request will be available for the Fall 2019 term from July 1st to November 1st.
|Rambler Bucks Charge Authorization Request|
|Rambler Bucks Charge Authorization Request||
This form is intended for students to request Rambler Bucks and charge them to their student account in LOCUS.
Please be aware that these requests are in increments of $100, not to exceed $800 per semester. These funds will be placed on the Rambler Card after August 1, 2019, or after that date, within one (1) business day of being submitted. The charge will be added to LOCUS within three (3) to five (5) business days to be paid in full along with all tuition and fees.
This request will be available for the Fall 2019 term from July 1st to September 6th.

|Rambler Bucks Refund Request||This form is intended for students to request a refund of their Rambler Bucks. Please be aware that a $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from your Rambler Bucks balance prior to refunding. For further information, please review the Rambler Bucks Refund Policy.|
