This form is intended for students to request a refund of their Rambler Bucks. Please be aware that a $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from your Rambler Bucks balance prior to refunding. For further information, please review the Rambler Bucks Refund Policy

This form is intended for students to request Rambler Bucks and charge them to their student account in LOCUS.
Please be aware that these requests can be made in increments of $100, not to exceed $800 per term. These funds will be placed on the Rambler Card beginning August 1st, and thereafter within one (1) business day of the request being submitted. The charge will be added to LOCUS within three (3) to five (5) business days of submitting the form to be paid in full along with all tuition and fees.
Charge authorization requests for the Spring 2023 term will open on December 1st. We will begin processing all requests in January 2023.
