Janet Sisler, Vice President of Mission Integration and the former Director of the Gannon Center for Women and Leadership at Loyola University Chicago, is committed to transforming personal lives and global systems through education in a Catholic environment. In her thirty years in the educational and social service fields, she has contributed as a leader in schools, the Archdiocese of Chicago, the Midwest and throughout the country. Janet has been influential in shaping educational systems and in developing public support for ministries on behalf of women, children, and elders.

A dedicated board member, Janet has been President of Franciscan Community Benefit Services, St. Jude House, and the Illinois Academic Decathlon; she has also served on the Executive Board of the North Central Association Commission on Schools, the Illinois State Committee for the North Central Association, and the Boards for the UNO/Acero Charter Schools Network, Resurrection High School, Mother Guerin High School, St. Martin de Porres Academy, and St. Francis de Sales High School.

Graduating summa cum laude with a BA from Mundelein College, Janet continued her education by completing an MA from Mundelein and an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Janet is well-known for her expertise in strategic planning, multiculturalism, technology implementation, and social policy.
