Lab Locations
Digital Media Services, in coordination with Information Technology Services and other departments on-campus, manages and maintains a number of multimedia computer labs at the Lake Shore, Water Tower and Health Sciences Campuses. LUREC Lab information is also collected here, though for support contact the ITS Helpdesk. Learn more about Health Science Campus lab support here.
Digital Media Labs
Digital Media Labs have professional staff and trained student workers available to provide assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting with media-driven workstations in collaborative environments. These spaces are open-access to all students, faculty and staff. While all multimedia labs feature the Adobe Creative Cloud, the Digital Media Labs serve as a creative outlet to create and develop multi-faceted media projects such as video editing, graphic design and audio production software applications, hardware and support. These locations serve as our primary staffed service locations for equipment loan, poster printing pickup, and lab and printing support.

Multimedia Labs & Kiosks
Multimedia Labs and Kiosk locations can include classrooms with lab workstations, specialized labs for departmental-only use, or kiosks in public or department spaces. Digital Media Services monitor and review lakeside campus labs and printers regularly, with other spaces and extended campus support provided by departments.
Information Technology Services manages the lab workstations software, workstation refresh and maintenance, and lab printers across all campuses with a total of 50 locations with 1,006 computers and 43 printers.
