Classroom Technologies

Classroom Technology Support (CTS) provides assistance for a wide variety of electronic classrooms and learning spaces at the Lake Shore Campus, Water Tower Campus, and Health Sciences Campus. Health Sciences Campus | Lake Shore Campus | Water Tower Campus

In a HyFlex (hybrid flexible) course, the instructor facilitates class activities for both on-campus and online students simultaneously. In addition to the standard classroom technology, classrooms for HyFlex courses are equipped with a camera facing the front of the room, microphones to capture the instructor and students, and speakers to hear online students.

For assistance with using HyFlex classroom technologies, please contact the ITS Service Desk at 773-508-4487 or ITSServiceDesk@luc.edu. Emergencies will be transferred to a field technician.

Classroom Microphones

Classrooms with a large occupancy have been identified by ITS and will be provided with a wireless lapel microphone. If you have any further questions, please contact the ITS Service Desk at ITSServiceDesk@luc.edu or 773.508.4487. Below is a list of rooms with a lapel microphone provided.
