Spring Equipment Returns & Summer Renewals

Equipment Returns

  • Students & Faculty with no summer courses: Equipment is due back by Monday, May 4th by 4pm. Staff will be available at the Granada Center lobby (6439 N Sheridan Rd) to receive equipment Monday - Friday 10am-4pm April 27th through May 8th (finals week and the week after). No appointment necessary. Please call the number listed on the Granada Center entrance door when you our outside. We will have measures in place for contactless return. Provided all equipment is received in-full and in satisfactory condition by May 8th by 4pm, any late fines will be waived. Equipment not received after that date however will be subject to late fines and follow thereafter.

  • Clients continuing courses/teaching/work into the summer: Equipment is renew/extended with a due date of July 2nd at 4pm. This timeframe will enable usage through the full Summer Session A. We will evaluate University communications the week of June 15th to send notification if we idenify needs to renew loans through Summer Session B based on those eligible and continuing work/coursework during that term. If you wish to return equipment sooner or no longer need the equipment you have on loan, please email digitalmediaservices@luc.edu so we can coordinate by-appointment to receive equipment from our Granada Center location. This will enable us to receive, thoroughly clean and redistribute equipment to those in our University community with further technology needs over the summer.


Extended Loan for Teaching, Learning, Work Continuity

WTC Vocal Booth Training Now Online

October 2019

Our WTC Vocal Booth studio is a 6ft x 6ft near-soundproof space ideal for recording dialogue, narration, interviews, and podcasts. Our authorization access process is now entirely online for ease of self-paced learning. Learn more about the Vocal Booth features, authorization access and reservation process.
