We offer learning design and technology consultations Monday through Friday. An appointment is required. To schedule a specific date and time, please visit our Team Directory to book with us. 


Ongoing Support

For self-service support, you can use the Sakai Help to search and find answers to many commonly asked questions. This includes integrated tools such as Zoom, Panopto and VoiceThread.

Zoom offers 24/7/365 direct support to all Loyola faculty, students and staff. To contact Zoom, please call 888-799-9666 ext. 2 or visit their Help Center to use the chat or submit a ticket.

All other questions or requests for assistance can be filtered through the ITS Service Desk. Please call 773-508-4487 or send an email to ITSServiceDesk@luc.edu. You can also login and use the ITS Service Portal.
