Faculty and Staff

All faculty and staff members are automatically provided with LSA access.

Students

Faculty and staff members may request access for students when necessary. Requests coming directly from students will be denied.

How to request access

Connect to the ITS Service Portal via https://luc.edu/its, or contact the ITS Service Desk (ITSServiceDesk@luc.edu or 773-508-4487). You will need the following information about the individual for whom access is being requested:

• Full name
• University Role (Faculty/Staff or Student)
• UVID
• Reason for requesting access
