Institute for Translational Medicine (ITM)/Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA)

The Institute for Translation Medicine (ITMis a clinical research partnership consisting of six Chicago-area academic medical centers.  The ITM is supported by funding from the University of Chicago which is provided by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) program The ITM is part of a national network of more than 60 NIH-supported sites working to reduce the time and effort necessary to develop and share new treatments and health approaches.  

The six participating ITM academic institutions are: 

The ITM supports the “New Normal” campaign to increase awareness and participation in clinical trials that are available in the participating institutions.  

Resource available to the following users:

The ITM and programs it supports are available to all Loyola University Chicago faculty.

Requests for ITM data require:

Please contact the Clinical Research Office (CRO) or the Informatics and Clinical Research (ICR) team if you would like request research data from ITM participating sites.
