Loyola Secure Access

Loyola Secure Access (LSA) is a service that securely provides users with anytime, anywhere access to the Loyola network. Once connected to LSA, you can securely access campus resources from virtually anywhere with an Internet connection. Loyola University Chicago provides access to LSA on an as-needed basis. LSA has been updated to use a new URL. If you had access to the old system at lsa.luc.edu, please follow the instructions below to install and use the GlobalProtect client on a new machine.

For help with LSA, please contact the ITS Service Desk at ITSServiceDesk@luc.edu or by phone at 773-508-4ITS.

First-time Users

Before using LSA for the first time, you must set up your account for two-factor authentication. For instructions on how to get set up once you have been provided with access, see First-time Setup.

If you have already completed your first-time account setup and simply need to install and use the GlobalProtect client on a new machine, see GlobalProtect.
